Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and assist a team in completing landscaping projects, including grading, sodding, planting, and hardscaping
• Operate skid steers, trucks, and trailers safely and efficiently
• Perform site preparation, excavation, and light construction work as needed
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Ensure all tasks meet safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to keep projects on track
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping and/or construction (required)
• Ability to operate skid steers and drive trucks with trailers
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
• Must provide two previous supervisor references
• Open work permits considered (no closed work permits)

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage ($22 – $29.50/hour) based on experience
