Duties & Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the day-to-day execution of maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted tenant operations.
• Ensure HVAC systems are performing optimally.
• Investigate tenant complaints and resolve HVAC/refrigeration issues with innovative solutions.
• Respond to service requests and perform corrective maintenance within your trade designation.
• Monitor and report on maintenance and repair work, ensuring all completed workmeets quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry codes.
• Represent the company professionally and enhance tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in building operations and maintenance (hospitality experience considered an asset).
• 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate (preferred).
• Familiarity with national and industry codes and standards, such as WHMIS.
• A personal vehicle and a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
