We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client to support the daily upkeep and repair of property systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform scheduled, preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly. Supervise vendors and contractors.
